Our average processing time is 5-7 business days. Though we work as hard as we can to fulfill as fast as possible, it doesn't happen immediately after you place your order. Thank you for your patience and for supporting our small business!

Delivery Service: After your order has left our facility, we are no longer in control of the delivery time as it is then in the hands of the delivery service.

It is very common for carriers to scan a package as delivered before they actually deliver it. Give it 5-7 days or so to arrive in your mailbox before contacting UPS or USPS. If 5-7 days has passed and you still haven't received your package, before calling their customer service, leave a note or speak with your delivery person about the package and give them the tracking information to see if they can help.
